Wim studied Business Economics and began his career in the consolidation department at AkzoNobel’s Head Office. After several positions, and the desire to operate closer to the business, his path led to BYK-Cera B.V., a company in additives, part of the specialty chemicals group of ALTANA AG. He continued his career in various roles at RPC-Promens, including responsibility for an international Finance Team within a multinational matrix organisation. Wim is commercially-minded and financial, while mindful of those he works with.

Within VADO’s investment team, Wim is the point of contact for the financial controllers within the investment portfolio and is (co-)supervisor of several companies.
